Jason in parts is very rude. I sat at the window waiting for someone. Wasn’t till another salesman Stacey needed something did he ask one of the 3 cashiers to call someone to the window. Then Jason gets rude with me because he told me something in error. Not one friendly person here.

We’ve purchased two vehicles here and the experience was fantastic! Not so with service. I had a 1:00 appointment today. Arrived 40 minutes early, so far I’ve been here 2 hours and have not been contacted by anyone since coming to the waiting area. Unfortunately, I have to use the dealership because they’re the only ones who can reset the button. So many things they could do to make this smoother.
I got the car it was great I wasn’t offered a warranty that I was supposed to. a week at night time I noticed something lighting up on my dash come to find out it was the cel and it was colored in black so of course that’s why I noticed it at night. Now 3 months later after I had to fix myself my car is acting up again. They have failed to do anything about either of the problems. So now I’m letting any future people that they do not fix something that was already occurring. Not very trustworthy either.
After a long day of car shopping, my daughter, a college student without much money, finally found a used vehicle she could afford and liked well enough. Service department needs basic training on customer service... How to treat the customer to keep them coming back, not just how to take their money. Attention to detail. The small things matter.

Worst buying experience ever! No respect for time nor person. Questions deflected and delayed for hours while we were left sitting there wondering what was going on. We were eventually presented with great credit, but treated with little respect. I am so sorry I bought here. Was told a percentage for a loan, only to find out it was a percent higher after hours of waiting; then, magically was able to lower it immediately on the spot when challenged. It was almost 2 hours for BASIC maintenance. At drop off I asked for a wash and was told it would be 1 and half to 2 hours if I wanted a wash. I said NO thanks since I have my 6 month old with me.....well I should of said to do it because we were there 2 hours anyway. Absolutely redicoulas. Why make appointments if you have to wait anyways. HATE going here...I will NEVER buy here again.
Their repair people will lie to your face. Then deny even saying it to you. they don't stand behind their products. My last Toyota ever.
