Absolutely terrible experience. Dishonest and very poor customer treatment. There is no excuse to mistreat customers. Be smart and go somewhere else. This place does not have it together and they do not care about their customers. There is a reason the General manager walked off the job last week. I should have known better when it took me a week to get a returned phone call then they took my check for a cash transaction and then never delivered truck to me as promised. Easily THEE WORST experience with car repairs/service that I have ever experienced. I went to Bob Tyler with the naive assumption that BTT would repair my car back to working quality, or at least guide me in assessing the issue. And I was incorrect. I gave the service rep and full list of noises, issues and complaints that I had with my vehicle and was told, without an assessment, that I would need a 3-pt. fuel/engine clean. Got it. I work for one of the local auto auctions and have to deal with a lot of dealerships, I had truly enjoyed all my experiences while working with Bob Tyler Toyota so when I was in the market of course that’s who I went to. My sales experience was amazing! Top of the line SERVICE with a SMILE 😀, I was told about all the service upgrades that were available to where I would have to pay nothing on service or maintenance until 100,000 miles!! So not only did they give me the wrong version of the car I wanted after I had already signed for it, when it was time for my oils change no one came to my car so I walked inside and they said that I had to be “greeted at my car” then he comes up to me and asks me what I needed I told him that a tire hit the underside of my car and it’s dragging in the ground and asked if they could just duck tape it up so it stops dragging and he said they would have to get it on a lift and that would take 3 hours because the wait is that l... read more

Service Center is a joke, put wrong weight of oil in my car, called right back twice, was told I would be called back. I just want the right oil in my vehicle. Still waiting on that phone call. if you make a mistake, take care of the customer. First time at Bob Tyler Toyota, looks like the last.

Really disappointed, brought my car in for 20,000 mile inspection and a oil change . Service was not done professionally. Now im thinking the oil probably wasn’t changed either . I Have lost trust in my dealership .

My husband and son went tonight to look at a car he wanted. it was cold outside so the sales persons were not interested In assisting them. They test drove the car. The lobby closed an hour early so they could not keep looking at cars.
