It was almost 2 hours for BASIC maintenance. At drop off I asked for a wash and was told it would be 1 and half to 2 hours if I wanted a wash. I said NO thanks since I have my 6 month old with me.....well I should of said to do it because we were there 2 hours anyway. Absolutely redicoulas. Why make appointments if you have to wait anyways. HATE going here...I will NEVER buy here again.
Their repair people will lie to your face. Then deny even saying it to you. they don't stand behind their products. My last Toyota ever.
Not happy had to pay for my service. I thought I had a warranty but it's expired. People there were nice and friendly, but still felt screwed.

After working with our bank all day to make sure we had approval for a particular truck and getting a buyers order and everything, the next morning we drove over a hour to Bob Tyler toyota and the sales guy told us the vehicle had been sold. I went there to buy a 4 Runner, well while i was there, I saw a 2015 Lexus inside the show room. I fell in love with it. I wanted to trade in my 2015 Boxer Porsche and my sales rep was Marcus. He never returned my call with trade value. I am still waiting. If you want us to shop LOCAL, then give us local customer service. I am enjoying the car I bought but Bob Tyler Toyota is the epitome of typical car dealers fast talking scam sales. I was told that I qualifies for the 90 day no payment 0% financing due to my excellent credit. Expected my first payment due in October only to discover they expected it in August. When I asked about this at the dealership I was passed off from person to person till finally General Manager Micheal said he would take care of it for me. Don't waste your time for an oil change. Even with an appointment our oil change took over Two & a Half hours today (& this isn't the first time). People who came in as walk-ins were serviced before us. There are many other places that are much more convenient who offer way better service. Bob Tyler just lost us as clients.
Very disappointed with my latest experience. Went in for the BOGO wiper blade promotion and I was reassured that they were in stock. I get to the dealership and they are on back order. Same day. I go in to order and the process is poor. There is not very good communication between departments. Got the call that my order was ready and was assured I was getting two parts.
