Outstanding Steak House -- but also has great seafood. Notably, the Bone-in Ribeye and Bone-in Filet Mignon were awesome. An absolute must is a sampling from the proscuitto & mozzarella bar!
We dined on Christmas Eve for my husband's birthday. We called that day to change our reservation from 7 to 8 and it wasn't any problem. Also due to the holiday they told us we could come in early if we needed to and we did and were promptly served. The experience was good, attentive wait staff, food fast and very flavorful. For my husband's birthday they sent him raspberry gelato surrounded by a cloud of pink cotton candy. Very adorable.
We were impressed from start to finish! Cocktails, food, service, atmosphere - it has it all!
Very nice place with great service. It is pricey, depending on what you order. I had the Stuffed Lobster with crab and shrimp. I also had the potato-leek soup, which was yummy. The stuffing was FAB, but the lobster was a little over-cooked (ultra chewy!). I ended up taking the lobster home and making it into a "lobster salad" that I ate over crackers later. Ambiance was beautiful and the peach bellini - I couldn't drink it fast enough!
The popovers and the service were the highlights of our visit. Everyone tried very hard to please and the atmosphere was friendly. I was not a big fan of the menu and opted for veal Milanese. When it arrived it was not the standard cutlets but a 12" round cut that looked more like a pizza. It was quite dry and although the waiter brought more lemon the lemons were rock hard and not juicy. Others ordered the lobster with pasta and said there was too much sauce.and it overwhelmed the dish.
The service was exceptional. Food was outstanding.
Seafood was great but the filets were quite mealy and almost tasteless-- disappointing on that end.
Bond 45, like most steak houses, can be hit or miss. Sometimes the steak is prepared perfectly and other times it's not worth the price.
Fantastic food! LOVE the popovers! Nice to have a variety in a steak house.
