Best soft shell crabs we ever had! Menu had diverse offerings. Sorry we did not have an appetite left for desert. The tray looked marvelous. Very friendly and will definitely go back.
Exceptional service and meal. We were greeted at the entrance, had our reservations confirmed, and even though we were 20 min early, offered us the quiet table we had asked for. We chose the bar to wait for our entire party to arrive. The bartender was marvelous. My wife asked for a earthy, robust red wine, and he produced a very worthy offering...one swing-home run. great food, waitstaff very courteous but not polished. the crab soup with fried oysters was spectacular.
We were met at the door by the Manager David, who was spot on for this type of very high end place. We were early so went to the bar for a drink. The bartender would be better suited to be a bus-boy than a bartender. We ordered one their signature cocktails, and waited 15 minutes, sitting at the bar for them to arrive. Very expensive. They do not list their prices on their on-line menu... there is a reason for that!
Let me start with, ask for Roger as your server! He did an excellant job taking care of us. We went to Bond to celebrate my husband's birthday and the service was excellant from beginning to end! The food was wonderful! Worth every penny and of course, ask for Roger! He made the experience wonderful!
Although they do not have a children's menu, the staff did not hesitate to make recomendations and even prepare a special dish for my 5 year old. I have been to the Bond 45 in NYC several times but this was my first at National Harbor. It was great to see such consistancy between the 2. Everything on the menu is of top quality and fit for even the pickiest of eaters. Great staff, great service, great menu.
My Family and I went to Bond on Thanksgiving and boy were we thankful. We had ask for a view of the tree and we were seated almost on top of it great table. The pre-fix menu was really very tasty and the options were great for our kids. The staff seemed to be excited to be there dispite it being a holiday. Overall great experience. I will definately be back.
Menu offered numerous and wide variety of choices. Seafood entrees were especially good. Seating was very comfortable, but we were too far from the windows for a good view.
