Though it's an Italian restaurant, it has more steak and seafood selections than pasta. The servings are enormous, quality excellent. Service by the wait staff/host is cold but efficient. I would recommend for special occasions as it is pricy.

This was a birthday celebration dinner, & there were high hopes, as Bond 45 had come highly recommended. For the most part, the food did not disappoint. The fravioli was crispy (fried) but had sufficient cheese filling. The filet was perfectly prepared, & had a full bodied flavor, not overly seasoned. The potatoes were the highlight though! We opted to skip dessert, but had coffee to end the meal. My gripe though, lies with where we were seated for the special occasion. I had noted in my reservation that this was a birthday ... read more

The menu has been condensed from a year ago. The food is still good but not great because of fewer choices. I would still recommend but the changes have made Bond 45 go from my favorites to just another expensive place. You be the judge. I'd still recommend it though! What happened to grass fed beef?

Nicely varied menu. Food is reasonably tasty and well-presented. Steaks were excellent, but lobster meat was tough and rubbery. Appetizers were quite good. Complimentary fresh-baked chocholate-chip cookies were yummy. My 8-year-old daughter and wife (was her birthday) were treated like royalty. Be prepared to open your wallet and shell out some bucks.

Thoroughly enjoyed Bond 45 which may be the very 'best' option out at National Harbor. The service was fantastic--we were made to feel that we were dining in an authentic NY city steak house. Beefsteak tomatoes and hand shaped cheeses were incredible. Causal atmosphere made for a great place to enjoy an early dinner overlooking the Potomac. Servings are large--family style recommended. Desserts were fabulous. A fun, vibrant place to dine and celebrate.

We agreed that the resturant has great ambiance but the ladies felt their crab steaks weren't that great. On the other hand, I enjoyed the Lobster stuffed with crab and shrimp until the dish and butter got cold. Suggest the butter be served in a heated dish. The server was very attentive, which is always a plus.

We went for Restaurant Week at National Harbor. Food was excellent and we had great service. Had been there before for the wonderful steaks, but glad we tried something else this time. Our dinner included the pear salad (very good use of flavors and texture), tomato with mozzerela (fresh cheese), muscles with noodles (just the right amount of spices), chicken panchetta (both agreed it was the best chicken we ever had), small eclairs drizzled with dark chocolate, and chocolate cheesecake. Plus a great red wine recommended by ... read more

I attended Bond 45 for restaurant week, and I was very impressed by the restaurant, the food (the carmelized pear salad was amazing!), and the employees, except for my particular waiter. All in all a great restaurant.
