Our waiter martin i think his name was...He was one of the best waiters I have encountered here in the DC area since I moved here 2yrs ago from LA. Definitely a restaurant to visit. I have been to the NY location and hands down...National Harbor beats them hands down. I will take all my friends and loved ones here when they visit!
Service was very good. Our family had our own private dining area, but it was within the main dining area. Beefsteak tomoto salad was okay and the caesar salad was good. The best was the warm olive assortment. Cheese turnovers were big and a novelty for bread. Veal cacciatore was excellent, good flavor and tender veal. Filet mignon was cooked to order med/rare, but was not easy to cut, flavor okay, horseradish did not have much flavor. For a more expensive dinner, I have had better.
It was a nice experience. christmas eve and the resturant was fully operational.
Went there for a special occassion, Christmas eve dinner. It was the only restaurant in NH that we could get a table at a reasonable hour. It fit the bill. The food was excellent. Steaks were the best. Service was fairly prompt. Price was unjustifiably expensive. All the sides were ala-cart. I would go back, though.
Incredible service and management staff, wonderful food and definitely the best National Harbor has to offer.
I was skeptical about visiting Bond 45 after reading the reviews online. I believe, however, that most of the reviews were written soon after Bond 45 opened, and the restaurant was still in its "shakedown cruise" period. I dined at Bond 45 just the other night and found the food, service, and ambience to be outstanding. This is a pricey restaurant, but in my opinion, well worth the cost.
We were given a private room to dine as we were a party of 8 to celebrate a birthday-- it was an awesome experience. Thank you!!
We previously had lunch and decided to return for dinner while staying at the Gaylord. The food was great - had mussels, shrimp, and clam appetizer; my wife had sea bass and I had the scallops (delicious). Service was average; not bad but not excellent. Waiter didn't ask if we wanted coffee, and we had to ask about desserts. I would recommend this restaurant with a slight reservation. Asked for a table with a view-no luck.... Costly, but worth the price with a little better experience...
The restaurant was fine. I took my friend for her birthday. We ordered the calamari and advised the waiter that it was not cooked all the way; but we were not offered a substitution. Usually this would call for a request for the manager; but I did not want to spoil my friend's day so I didn't. The shrimp bisque and crab steak were superb. The restaurant has great atmosphere and a good location. I will go back for dinner with my husband at some point.
