We enjoyed our evening and were impressed by the service overall, as we have found many National Harbor restaurants lacking in the service area. This was a fun place with a delicious menu and huge portions, however I was sad to see that much of the food seems to be pre-made. Dozens of popovers -- the "table bread" -- were in bins and then put under heat lamps before service. The only way a popover is good is if it is eaten immediately after taken from the oven. Friendliest restaurant and the best service yet of all the places we have tried in National Harbor. Very expensive but food is worth it.
We have been to this restaurant before and this visit was great as always. The service, food and staff were all first rate. We especially loved the veal parmigiana on the bone.
Five-star service exceeded my already-high expectations. I can confidently say this was the best steak I've ever had.
The food and wine was excellent. However, I made my reservation thru OpenTable as I do always, but the restaurant did not follow-up properly with OpenTable. My reservation showed as a "No-Show". Fortunately, OpenTable was kind enough to honor my reservation.
My husband and I met 8 friends here (party of 10) for an evening dinner, and to celebrate a birthday. Everyone loved the food! The waiter even brought a cake out after dinner (complimentary) and everyone sang happy birthday to one of the guests in our party. I would definitely dine here again.
My waiter, Riadhl was 5 star. The calamari and shrimp appetizer was good. For a main course, I had the crab steak and while the size was impressive, it lacked a little in flavor. The bread they serve it on was really good & made the dish. My date got the lemon chicken and didn't like it that much. Most importantly though was the service. Ribeye was amazing, perfectly cooked.
We had a party of 6 on a Friday night. The moment we arrived, we were cared for as never before. What really impressed me was that the staff was polite and willing to help anytime you made eye contact. I ordered a Filet Mignon ( Medium rare) that was cooked.. MEDIUM RARE!
