We have used Bottini for 22 years and have had nothing but outstanding service from them..We have their Premium Service contract and it's a life saver! They are available 24/7 including holidays and we have never paid for any parts or service calls and believe me there's been so many times they had to come in the middle of the night! The techs are always professional and polite no matter what time of the day they've had to come..We definitely recommend Bottini Fuel ??

The technician, Steve, who came to fix our problem was very helpful. He explained what caused the problem and told us how we could avoid a similar problem in the future.
This was a call back, so they sent Frank. When I first signed on to Bottini Fuel, Frank came the second day and corrected a problem left by my previous oil company. Someone had been here for this problem a few days before and changed the nozzle. Frank ended up changing the nozzle again, but only after running a complete set of diagnostic tests. Now everything seems fine!
I can always count on getting help/service in a very timely manner. I am sorry, but I don't recall the Service Techs name that came when I did not have heat. He was just so genuine, polite and loved my dog. hahaha. Your techs always clean up before they leave. The service via telephone is wonderful, including the answering service during off hours. Thank you for caring about your customers.
