Extraordinarily expensive, never know if what they say they fixed was even needed. Doubtful in my case.
I've used Bottini for 15+ years and have had some service-related issues on and off every couple of years, but nothing I feel like getting into in this simple review. One major issue that I have is that when you have a service contract with them (which of course is paid for) it includes an annual service/cleaning. This service however is not provided unless you REQUEST it, every single year. Have been a customer for 18 year always with the premium service contract. Called this morning at 8:00am with no heat. They told me to call back in an hour for an estimated time. Called back at 10:00am they told me I was the next call. Called back at 12:00pm they said he was still on the call. I call back again at 2:00pm and told that he was still at the previous call, I ask for another tech she told me that they don’t reassign technicians.
