This is a review for Turntable Studios. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I lived here for a full year and it was the worst decision I could have made. The staff is a complete joke. I literally don't understand what they get paid to do. The parking there is awful. The place is one big gossip fest. I felt like I was in high school again - everyone talks crap about everyone (even the staff) and parties like they are going absolutely nowhere with their lives. Boutique Apartments recently took over our building from Cornerstone at 1756 Clarkson Street, and all of the stories about them were true. There have been repeated issues with the garage doors over the last few months with it breaking and staying open. As such, there have been several bike thefts, and a continual series of package thefts. Highly do not recommend. Be ready to reach out to them if you need help and be ready to fork up money. I was concerned about my well being living on their premise. Property manager tried to make me feel bad for complaining about by safety.I was skeptical with the two star reviews before moving here, but they are completely accurate, please take my review seriously.

This is by far the worst company. I haven't had any experience with apartments before because I lived on campus for the first two years of college. I have been to their headquarters 5 times at least in just the three months that I've lived here. The people are rude and unfriendly and very short with me. They could really care less about how we're treated, as long as their getting their money. They are lousy at answering their phones and get back to you... sometimes NEVER. I wish I could have given them 0 stars. I have had several landlords in the past and this company is the absolute worst..and that's including my college house landlords. They do not care about tenants, never respond to phone calls, take months to address work orders, and often send out "reminder" emails of inspections to cover their ass when they never notified residents in the first place. I lived at the Eliot Flats in the Highlands area and loved the unit for the most part. I even got to meet the developer and see the units as there were being constructed which was pretty cool. My problem is not with the unit nor the Eliot Flats complex but with Boutique Apartments. Once you sign your lease you can forget that you exist to Boutique. I live at Rocket apartments in Denver. Generally, things have been pretty good. Maintenance is usually quick to fix individual things in our apartment (granted, their first maintenance guy never did the greatest repair jobs but the new staff seems more competent). The location is great and the price is right in our budget. That being said, the past week has been hell and has been very poorly mismanaged by an incompetent management company. Boutique Apartments is honestly an OK property management company - I've had only a handful of issues in the three years I've been living in their buildings. Most of the people I have dealt with are fairly nice one-on-one... that being said, they sound like they're reading from a script most of the time and lack the compassion/bedside manner (for lack of a better term) that makes a company stand out. If I could rate 0 stars I would : Since I moved in to Turntable Studios it has been a ride to hell. The people here are the most unbearable people in Denver. People here constantly give you looks and some have been so rude as to make comments through petty "dorm-like" message boards shit talking neighbors by using the elevator in the complex!!
