BEWARE THE FINANCIAL TRAP BUSINESS PRACTICES! My first 8 months or so at the Concord House (owned by wheelhouse, which is in itself owned by Boutique) were satisfactory, the place was a little old and run down but I knew what I was paying for, nothing I didn't already know about upon moving in. maintenance requests were responded to quickly and the maintenance staff was very friendly and helpful. about two months ago I put in a request for my blinds to be fixed as they are the old kind and kept breaking off, they said they w... read more

First off, I love living at the Turntable. I had an expereince with one of the staff, though: Gosh, Catherine at Turntable has a hard time with 179 apartments! And she's happy to tell you as much. I feel like she might do a little better when she's speaking to her tenants. I've been over paying fees by check which I have dropped off at the office. It would seem that not only is there a lack of oversight where this is concerned, but how could anybody notice cashing a physical item that you find in the office? And of course ... read more

I live at Dwell that was recently acquired by Boutique apartments. My building has been intermittently without hot water - almost immediately after Boutique apartments began managing my building. This has lasted for a over a week. On Thursday, 4/13 all received a notice that our hot water (LOL) would be shut off on Monday 4/17 for "minor" boiler repairs. There hasn't been hot water from 4/13-4/17 and we have basically been told that they had no idea when they were going to fix it and to basically wait til Monday. To me it j... read more

Instead of dealing with issues this company just waits until you finally give up trying to get a response. I have reached out to this company COUNTLESS times and because of life I finally had to give up but I will not be renewing.

STAY FAR AWAY!!!! Go to Redpeak or another company that actually cares and has their stuff together. I never write reviews but as I am FINALLY free from this retched place and the HORRIBLE management and LOUD resident that lives next to me I thought I would do someone a favor that reads this so that they know the truth. These people suck at property management. I have been a resident for 2 years and just signed another lease because I cannot afford to move just yet. I have been contacting their "management" regarding a simple dryer fix in my apartment and it has taken TWO YEARS for them to actually address it. Shannon Todd, if she is still there, was condescending and pathetic in her response. They provide "basic" maintenance. Keep pestering until you want something done. I would not recommend. Edit: Tried to contact Mike K. who responded below trying to make Boutique Apts sound considerate. Did not get a response. Also, the parking here is terrible. You will scratch your car up trying to get into the tiny hole that is an excuse for a parking garage entrance. I ended up having to park a block away. Moving out, they asked me less than 24 hours in advance for a showing on a Saturday, which in my opinion is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Inconsiderate staff, slow to respond, in-compassionate. Also, still waiting for my refund (1 1/2 weeks later) after they said they would rush to have it submitted. Have made it very stressful finding a new home.

I'm at current resident at Breugger Bros Lofts on Champa managed by Boutique apartments I have lived here since 8/20/2016 and my lease is 1 year. In the very short time I've lived here there has been MANY issues from: loose toilet that rocks when you use it. Waking to no heat several times while it was less than 10 degrees out. A chemical Oder that had no filled our homes twice and on one serious occasion cause nausea and vomiting. Management response was to open windows at 3 am and turn on a fan while it was 7 degrees... read more
