The team at TownSquare mortgage was great the reason for my just OK rating was because of their technology. There is no way to login to my account from their homepage. The only way I could login was to follow a link in one of the emails. Secondly, on several occasions I would upload documents to their site only to get emailed by the team saying they could not open the document, they would proceed to have me email it to them unprotected. In today’s world of cyber crime, they are playing with fire
