Brady was terrific. He is extremely knowledgeable about financing in Maui. We needed a preliminary approval to make an offer. Brady was immediately responsive, getting us a quick approval in order to make a timely offer on a property that we wanted. He made the loan approval process very easy and stress free. We highly recommend Brady to anyone purchasing property in Hawaii.

Brady Spangler, Jane Herendeen and Axia Home Loans were extremely knowledgeable, VERY helpful, kind and courteous. They responded quickly and exceeded expectations. I was able to get the pre-approval, pre-qualify letters and final approval of the loan weeks before the deadline. They are so thorough and "on it!" You should definitely consider using Axia Home loans when you need a mortgage! Mahalo!
