It's the first time we applied for a loan for this property. The loan application process is much different from normal loans. Brady helped us through the entire process, letting us know the status at every step of the way. He shared our concerns and helped us find solutions. He offered us a very good rate and did a lot of due diligence to ensure our closing was smooth. He is very responsible, knowledgeable and helpful person. We are lucky to find Brady!!

Brady was terrific. He is extremely knowledgeable about financing in Maui. We needed a preliminary approval to make an offer. Brady was immediately responsive, getting us a quick approval in order to make a timely offer on a property that we wanted. He made the loan approval process very easy and stress free. We highly recommend Brady to anyone purchasing property in Hawaii.
