After having bought and sold several homes over my lifetime thus far I appreciate someone who makes an already difficult process easier. Brady was available 24/7 via phone, text message or email. He was quick to respond and very knowledgeable about the entire mortgage process. Choosing the right mortgage broker is so important for a hassle-free closing. Hands down I would choose Brady again.

Although Brady may speak in terms over a layperson's head, this just proves that he is very intelligent about what he does. He will find another way to explain things to a person when you ask him what anything means. He is very prompt and goes above and beyond in his service...even when the person he is dealing with is not local.
I loved Brady's positive outlook on everything to do with our loan and house buying. He was quick to take all of our financial information and assess it to determine creative ways in which to buy the house we were looking at.
