Brady and Jane were flawless in providing a timely execution of our home loan. I have to admit that I was extremely skeptical with the estimated timeline that they provided me as we were running on a very tight schedule. ..we actually ended up closing earlier than expected!Both of them were courteous, professional, and an overall pleasure to work with. Calls, emails, and texts were always answered within a matter of hours...no matter what time of day. I cannot recommend them enough!

Brady and his team were fabulous to work with in obtaining our home loan. We thought we'd have a hard time meeting lender requirements and having a property valued sufficient to be eligible for refinancing. He guided us through our appraisal, application, and escrow process without difficulty, fielding all the lender's questions. He did the same for our son who refinanced just before us.

After having bought and sold several homes over my lifetime thus far I appreciate someone who makes an already difficult process easier. Brady was available 24/7 via phone, text message or email. He was quick to respond and very knowledgeable about the entire mortgage process. Choosing the right mortgage broker is so important for a hassle-free closing. Hands down I would choose Brady again.
