We thought we'd have a hard time meeting lender requirements and having a property valued sufficient to be eligible for refinancing. He guided us through our appraisal, application, and escrow process without difficulty, fielding all the lender's questions. He did the same for our son who refinanced just before us.

After having bought and sold several homes over my lifetime thus far I appreciate someone who makes an already difficult process easier. Brady was available 24/7 via phone, text message or email. He was quick to respond and very knowledgeable about the entire mortgage process. Choosing the right mortgage broker is so important for a hassle-free closing. Hands down I would choose Brady again.
