Brandon has processed 3 loans for me last year, all done in a timely manner. What I appreciated the most was his prompt responsiveness to my questions via email, text, or phone. I didn't feel pressured or nervous during the processing of the loans. He is very patient to explain things I didn't quite understand. He is very pleasant to work with.

With declining rates and moving homes, we've refinanced with him a number of times. We've refinanced with Brandon a number of times and things have worked out very well each time. He really knows his stuff and it makes a huge difference. On more than one occasion an underwriter asked for something that they didn't need and would needlessly complicate life to provide. The loan process was so easy with Brandon. I came in with a game plan to find the right home, Brandon got me pre-qualified, and I was able to move on a home that was on the market for only a couple of days. He watched interest rates until the time was right. The online application process and his reassurance through multiple calls really helped. I couldn't have asked for anything more from him. I may not have gotten my first home without him.

From the very beginning, Brandon showed knowledge and professionalism I have not seen from other loan officers. He worked with us and kept us within the limit we had requested, and even allowed us to send him updates of homes we liked so he could run a rough estimate of our monthly/yearly charges. I learned more from Brandon than from my previous Broker. He was very informative and provided me with many options. I'm really glad that we connected. Things aren't perfect, but it could've been worst without Brandon. Thanks.
