I came in under pressure for a closing deadline that another mortgage company screwed up. My brother had used Brandon for getting the mortgage on their house under similar circumstances , so I quickly dumped who I was working with ---happy to report, I made the deadline and have a house! I'm self employed, so it is trickier proving my worth to a bank, Brandon was knowledgeable about how to present my information to an underwriter and he kept me updated and on point for anything needed to keep things rolling. Brandon is a great great mortgage officer! Extremely helpfully and very honest. All rare things in his field! Great person and the follow through and knowledge he has was very very helpful. Works hard for you and does whatever he can for you. I highly recommend him and the people he works with.

Brandon Cobb was extremely responsive and knowledgeable of the refinancing process. I had a difficult refinancing because of the credit card debt but he worked through all of the issues and was able to secure a successful refinancing for me.
