Brandon was great to work with. He answered all of my questions and followed through on everything that he said he would do. I've closed on several mortgages over the years and I can honestly say that working with Brandon on this loan was the smoothest process I've ever been through.

Brandon was extremely helpful with facilitating the financing on my recent purchase. He was available at all times of the day and night and really helped push the loan through. We were able to close the loan in only three weeks and that was only possible because Brandon kept everyone on track every step of the way.

Brandon was on top of everything when it came to my closing. He reviewed different options with me and what it meant towards closing. I understand that agents want to close the deal quickly, but he balanced that with making sure it was going to be a good fit for my needs (e.g. cash out, lowering monthly cost, etc)

This is an update on my earlier review. I also worked with Brandon on another action, a condo purchase for my son in Massachusetts. Because my wife and I reside in Virginia and my wife is handicapped and unable to travel, we could not go up for the closing. From the first phone call I made to him, Brandon was very professional and eager to make the entire process easy for me to close within a 30 day time frame. Brandon was extremely helpful from the first to the last day before closing. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the refinancing process and provided detailed explanations to all my questions both via phone and email. The rates and closing costs that he offered were very reasonable (and actually lower that almost all) others and, unlike my previous refinancing experience, they did not change at closing. This was a perfect transaction and I highly recommend him.
