The lender's org. could have been a bit quicker in some of their requests. Challenge was loss of spouse in midstream and change in job status, as well. Several dept's in lender's org were a bit slow in requesting documentation.

Brandon did an outstanding job in communicating with my husband and I every step of the way during our refinance process. He explained the process of how we were to report and provide information requested during different stages of the computerized system in which you had to report information. Brandon was very thorough during this process and because of his efforts it went smooth. Also, when Brandon gave an estimate of when something should happen it did. I used the Costco mortgage program to refinance my loan with JG Wentworth. The service I received from Brandon was beyond my expectations. Every step of the way Brandon helped me figure out the best solution for my situation. He took the time to explain the different loan programs and made sure I understood the process. Brandon is an excellent communicator, was available to answer all my questions, and made himself available around my schedule (even late at night). I would definitely recommend Brandon to friends and family.

Brandon excels at his profession. Always there to answer any questions even over the weekends. First time to refinance a loan so many questions were answered in a timely manner. The Notary at closing was very personable, very diligent in how the paperwork was handled, and could answer any questions about the closing paperwork you may have as well.
