DECEITFUL SALES TACTICS! I called Brennan Heating & Air and told them I had a 15 year old furnace that needed repair. They came out and the service tech told me they have a company policy to not repair systems that old. I clearly told the phone rep how old the system was. They then charged me $197 for new quotes. When I followed up, they said they don't charge for quotes! Worst of all, once I wrote a review they reached out to me offering a refund which they never actually issued (it's 3+ weeks later now). Scheduled a duct cleaning with them 6 weeks in advance which was their earliest available. They didn't show up or call the day of the appointment. I called them the next day to ask about it and they said the appointment somehow didn't make it into their system (?) although they apparently knew an appointment had been made, which made no sense to me. Worst estimate scheduling and no show after schedule the time. Seriously, no response and followup. Not surprised to see all the bad review.
Had my furnace and hot water serviced on 12/9/21. My furnace is about 3 years old and my hot water tank is about 2 years old. Both installed by Brennan. Service tech commented on my 2 stage furnace and that it was not fully connected by the last tech and that he remedied the situation. All was well, $375.00 later. Fast forward to 12/20/21and my furnace goes out. I tried all my options before calling Brennan's office. Called and left two messages. My experience...Horrible service, dishonest, unbelievable the dishonesty and we trusted them because it was through Costco... get every Word in WRITING, I was tricked into signing a bill on a blank screen, I was told " it was as just to let his boss know he was at my home" and now it's been sent to collections after I was told a week prior " not to worry it would definitely not go to collections "unbelievabl!!!!,BEWARE I would use another company if I were you a

Purchased Lennox SL18XP1 Heat Pump through COSTCO. The Costco contract for my area is BREANNAN HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING. I have had extensive issues with the installation of my Heat pump since install. Brennan Heating has poor workmanship, worst customer service I have ever experienced and are incredibly dishonest. Worst estimate for service for replacing a water heater I have ever encountered. After 2 weeks of waiting and several emails with pictures repeating already answered questions I get an 2 line "estimate" of $3910 + tax + Permit for nearly $4500 without one shred of information as far a break out of costs. How Peter the estimator came to this pie in the sky price is beyond me as nothing else was communicated even after I submitted pictures and measurements for a simple 40 gallon gas water heater easily reached to service.... read more
Getting them to come out and perform routine maintenance on the heat pump and furnace that they installed in our house is a really pain in the a$$. I've tried to schedule servicing our HVAC with them several times and always left a message. They rarely answer the phone. Each time they never called back.
