I love Yelp! Thanks to so many negative reviews for Brennan, I won't be calling them again for an air conditioning and/or heat pump installation estimate. I've left several messages and actually spoke to a woman who answered the phone but she cut off the call. Brennan installed our furnace and water heater several years ago and I called to have them do a maintenance service on both pieces of equipment as well as give us the a/c estimate. Purchased my furnace from Brennan Heating & Air several years ago. It stopped working on December 22 of this year during the freezing weather. I left a message with their answering service in the early am, filled out a form on their website requesting service and, once they opened, called a talked to a customer service individual and was told I would be contacted. What a HUGE disappointment!!! We've been calling for a week, leaving messages and filling out multiple forms on their website. We spent $30,000 years ago for tankless water heater, heating system and generator. Our generator is not working and have had power go out twice this week - seven hours yesterday. We purchased all this through Costco. We hired Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning in 2/3/21 to install three Carrier ductless mini split units and heat pump for $16,000. We had annual maintenance by Brennan done in February 2022 to keep our labor and parts 5 year warranty valid. On 11/27/22, our unit completely failed. With temperature lows between 27 and 39 degrees, we immediately called Brennan and left a message with their answering service asking for a service provider to come out as soon as possible. Had to go through Brennan because our furnace was still under warranty. We could not get any support from them over the weekend our furnace went out. Spent all of Monday just trying to get ahold of someone before my wife happened to find the managers phone number in this app and dialed him directly. Horrible customer service.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BRENNAN. In late spring 22' I got multiple bids from companies to install ductless AC mini splits in my single family townhome. Brennan offered the best price and after meeting with the sales rep Dillon who came to my house to put the bid together, we both signed a contract on 6/3 for them to install the system. They were booked out for 4 months and earliest they could do the install was October. I have not had heat since 11/8/2022. Brennan sent a technician out named Walter to do a diagnostic in early November. Walter told me he has been doing this 30 years and that it was a 1 inch valve that was needed. I was told my heat would be fixed 11/21. They called me a couple days before 11/21 and changed the date to 11/28. I then got another call a couple days before 11/28 and they pushed the date out to 12/13. Had an HVAC system installed from them. Had a bad inducer motor that needed to be replaced. It is December 8th and needed them to come out sooner than later because it is almost freezing. Guess what, their 24/7 service needs appointment which is 2 weeks out. Not sure why it is called 24/7 service. This was the info from their service department. Missed first scheduled appointment, phones are only answering machines. Scheduled for furnace and AC annual service. They left a service phone number for repair on my furnace AND water heater. 2 days later my 3 year old water heater stopped working. I am extremely suspect and don't want them in my home again.
