I called Brennan and they told me they serviced Samsung Heat Pumps and we scheduled an appointment as soon as they could, which was 2 1/2 weeks away. When they did show up the technician told me he couldn't service my unit, he tried "resetting" the unit and that didn't work. He really did not appear to know what he was doing. In the beginning they were not honest with me and wasted my time

My experience with this company was a combination of frustration and disappointment. Learn from my experience... Summary - They don't answer their phones or return voicemails... no matter how hard you try. - Multiple issues with scheduling, not turning up, etc - a total frustrating experience just to get someone to visit.. you would have more success talking to a fence post then getting an appointment set up correctly. - When a technician finally turned up, he had no experience with our equipment despite providing ... read more

Want AC? Don't Use Brennan. I ordered AC back in November and got an installation appointment scheduled for early April. When they got here they said that not everyone was there so this would be a 2 part installation. The next person came about 2 weeks later and said there actually needed to be a 3rd part to the installation and said someone would call and schedule that. In 2018 I went through Costco to have AC installed. Costco contracted with Brennan so I believed them to be a trusted HVAC company. They seemed a little higher priced than other bids I received but I felt security knowing they were contracted with Costco. Installation seemed to go well and was pleased with the final product. Bought my AC from Costco and installed by Brennon back in 2019. Due to improper installation the drain clogged and leaked over garage floor since one year installation. Called them and want to charge me $188 for "taking a look" plus actual repair cost even this is their installation issue. Read other's reviews and found I am not the first victim, it seems many AC/Heater units installed by this company leak. We had AC and a new furnace installed on June 30. I made it clear we had evening plans and the installers insured us they would be well gone before 5:00 pm. They brought 6 vehicles and blocked the entire street in our neighborhood with them all. At 6:05 one installer was trying to figure out our non complicated thermostat while the other one was laying in the truck on the phone, with items strewn all over the garage and driveway still. Sadly, like so many companies nowadays, they don't even return phone calls. They need to change their slogan, as they do not come out and repair within 24 hours or even return calls for urgent repairs **for equipment and installations they performed**. :-(

Before you decide not to believe me, just Google brennan hesting and bbb. Last I checked, 1.82 / 5 rating. Truly epic. What a shambles of a company. Costco should not be partnering with a business with such low reputation and low care for customer service. I think their front line staff is pretty stellar, so that's the silver lining. I don't have anything but good things to say about them. However, their sales guy and general customer support is horrible. I had an appointment for an estimate. I had to wait over six weeks to get the appointment. Brennan called me to confirm my 1:00pm appointment. Around 12:15pm I get a call from the person who is supposed to be coming to take a look at my situation and give me an estimate. He says he is running thirty minutes early and asks if he can come at 12:30. I inform him I would not be at the house until 12:45 and ask him to come at that time.
