I recommend to keep looking, and skip Brennan. They installed a tankless water heater for me, and they didn't properly isolate it from the wall it's hung on, so every time it's being used it sounds like a sports car revving in the garage. They came out several times to try and fix the issue with silly solutions like putting cork behind it, and never actually fixed the issue. Completely unprofessional First I called them for annual maintenance. Their technician came and he said oh I see an error code I cannot touch it until I repair that and he charged me 200 extra and the repair took him 1 min and he didn't even want to tell what was the problem. Then he insisted on upwelling me their air duct cleaning. So I went ahead because I wanted to do air duct cleaning anyways. I payed for the air duct cleaning upfront. I contacted Brennan to repair the furnace in a duplex rental in January, 2021. Upon arrival, I was told it would not be cost-effective to repair the existing furnace and a replacement would be quicker. I was also told that a flue liner would be required due to the new high-efficiency (80%) furnace. I approved the work. Getting the heat pump system paid for and installed was the easy part. Good luck trying to get repairs or service done. The office staff is unresponsive, unreliable, and disorganized. It's impossible to get ahold of the right people and even harder to get repairs scheduled.

I WARN ANYONE to NOT use Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning. WHY: They charged me for absolutely nothing, and just argued with me on the phone about telling me there was going to be a charge. (I had thought that they were coming out to fix the vertical radiant heater that THEY put in, which wasn't working). The woman just told me that SHE PERSONALLY told me that there would be a $300 charge, yet, on all the e-mails I have, I see nothing that says that. I purchased a Lennox furnace and air conditioner from Brennan last March, which cost over $15,000. It came with a warranty (supposedly). Last Friday I woke up to a cold house and a non-functioning furnce. I started calling Brennan, but only got voicemail, no live person. I left several voice messages plus my email address advising that my house was about 54 degrees and I really needed their help. I am under warranty for a furnace and air conditioning unit. I called last week when my furnace quit working and could not speak to a human. I left four voice mails and finally received a call from the scheduler saying that they were overbooked and could not give me a date at this time. I am an 85 year old woman living in a cold house with a 3 year old furnace. When I scheduled my annual cleaning maintenance in the fall, it took two months to get an appointment. We used Brennan some 20 years ago for our new furnace, and for checkups since then. Recently, however, something has been up with them. They transfer you to schedulers, but then you get sent to voice mail. No one calls you back for days. When they do call back, they do not answer the questions which you left on their answering machine, they just leave you a voice tag message, saying "Give us a call". This happened repeatedly to us. So we gave up on them. They clearly don't want our business.

Two Recent Problems with Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning - would have given ZERO STARS. First, placed a call after finding that Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning offered 24/7 support only to find out they don't. Placed a call to them on 12/31 when our furnace failed. Joke is on me, Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning doesn't work holidays. Unfortunately, we were left without heat for 4 days. Second, price gouging.
