Shame is their tool to make money. They refuse to answer my question with educated response (not only mine, I have over heard the same responses to others in the waiting room). If you don't spend your hard earned money on exactly what they tell you too, they all will shame you until you cave or leave feeling like shit. I'm all for taking the best care of your pet, 2 years ago I had a puppy that became mysteriously ill and our local vet at the time(we moved since then) was baffled, that vet called in others to help and did ... read more

They always take good care of my pets, but I hate the up-sell. The prices here are pretty steep.
