Love taking our pets here, the folks in the front are always friendly and greet you with a warm smile. We had recently lost one of my first pets to ever have. It was hard saying goodbye and they gave us all the time we needed to be with him. Our vet talked us through the process to assure us it would be painless for them and they would go peacefully. First visit to a new vet after dreading taking him to another appointment but it went great! Dr. Jacobsen warmed right up to our dog and it was the first time he'd even take a treat from a vet! All the staff seemed very welcoming and made it as comfortable of a visit as possible.
I just wanted to start by saying, this is the only vet I will ever go to! Our cat was having bladder issues and they were able to get us an appointment within hours! When you walk in, you're greeted by all of the receptionists who are all AMAZING; so friendly and welcoming. The doctor we saw was also great, and so patient with our cat. Our cat ended up having "idiopathic Cystitis" so she was prescribed some pain medicine, and they gave us a bag of medicated cat food for free to see how our cat liked it! Staff is friendly & timely. Brought our cat in to get a check-up after showing signs of feeling under the weather, and what I appreciate is that they don't try to go over board with the testing unlike Central Blvd Vet. Will definitely be returning for the care of our animals.
Great first visit. The staff greets you when you first come in and makes you feel welcome. I filled out the new patient form and I was seen immediately. The visit came with a packet welcoming my new pup to the family. The doctor answered all my questions and we agreed on a vaccine plan for my pup. The place is clean and the staff is very professional. I highly recommend to visit BVH!
Love this place, staff makes you feel right at home. We're moving to Arizona and hope we can find a Vet who compares. Highly recommend Brentwood Vet Hospital!
Great staff, great vets. Really cares about the animals. Been to several vets before, they are by far the best around!
We had a pet emergency for our cat, we ended up amputating a small part of his tail. Dr. Jacobson and her staff were fabulous!! We knew his recovery would take some time and multiple visits. Dr Jacobson took time during each visit to talk over what we would like to see during the upcoming visits. I really feel lucky to of had her as our vet during that time and moving forward. I would highly recommend her and the entire office.
Today my fur baby collapsed at home and turned pale. I called while rushing to get down there. They got us in right away and started checking him out. Dr. Ruygt and staff did great with helping my fur baby and my crying mess of a person I was at the time! Dr Ruygt explained everything very well and being my income is kinda fixed at the moment worked out a plan to find out what was going on with my little buddy!
