Many accolades to Dr. Hansen! He has proven to be the absolute best vet I have ever encountered and I have seen countless numbers of them throughout the past 35 years of owning pets. His attention to details and his follow up are extraordinary. Yes, they are a bit higher priced than most, which is difficult for me on a Soc. My mature dog was seen by Dr. Hansen DVM recently. I was pleasantly surprised to hear how advanced age dogs can build up immunity to diseases such as distemper. So, no booster for her that day. That was friendly for my wallet and my beloved dog. The heart worm blood work was drawn, stool sample provided and the completed test results was available the following day with a follow up call from the staff. If you have a pet this is the vet to go to! They provide awesome care. My boyfriend and I just got out first puppy and we care for him as our son and love him so much. It is not an exaggeration to say our dogs love going to the Brentwood Veterinary Hospital. We (and our dogs) have been very satisfied customers for more than ten years. The staff is always friendly and courteous, and they work hard to accommodate every urgent visit. We brought our Molly to Brentwood Vet. Hospital and were treated with much compassion and support; they truly are a blessing. Molly had to have a partial tail amputation so needless to say, we were quite distraught. The Veterinarian spent time with Molly, just petting and loving her which is quite impressive as Molly doesnt just let anyone, especially a Vet, touch her. We took one of our Newfs in with a very severe illness. Dr. Odom does a great job explaining the illness, cause and potential outcomes. The following day he called to follow up. Very candid and clear. We appreciate his experience and efforts.
We contacted Brentwood Boarding at the last moment to board 2 dogs for 2 days over Thanksgiving and found the facility to be very clean and the staff was very friendly. The dogs seemed as happy as ever when we picked them up and we will happily use Brentwood Boarding again when the need arises.
This is such a nice facility that I'm surprised to find it in Brentwood. Feels like some kind of dog spa! Lisa up front checked in my two retrievers, and was really nice. Their groomer Tiffany came out and said hi, played with my two goofballs for a minute and took them back to the grooming area. When I came and picked them up later, I was almost stunned at how amazing they looked. This lady is clearly more of a professional groomer, and Lisa mentioned she grooms show dogs and such. I've been taking my 2 dogs to Brentwood Vet for 5+ years so I was very happy to hear a RVT was opening a boarding/grooming facility a couple doors down. I left my dogs with the girls yesterday for a complete groom. The facility is beautifully brand new! The place is huge. The girls are so friendly and not in a rush. My groomer has never got down at my dogs eye level, until yesterday. My sweet bichon/shih tzu who is normally nervous at these places was happy to be greeted by this groomer at her level.
