HARD pass. This place is REALLY dirty and gross. The staff are very unprofessional and the equiptment is not hygienic. The outside and inside are both very run down. I walked out of my appointment after the x rays. Absolutely never going back. And the office manager, Jamie, should be flipping burgers.
. DO NOT GO HERE. They are unprofessional and liars. Gave me an estimate for $1500.00 for a bunch of treatments and work that I did not need. Also Told me I had cavities and required fillings. I also scheduled a cleaning and they told me I didn't. Tried to upsell me on different treatments. Went to another dentist and did not have cavities and need all these extra treatments. Also Refused to do a basic cleaning until I agreed to the treatments they wanted to upsell me on.
I truly believe this dentist office operates the majority of their business on insurance scams. I take care of my teeth and oral hygiene and have always maintained my 6 month check ins. I had to establish new care because I accidentally signed up for a DMO instead of a PPO. During my first appointment yesterday, the dentist took maybe 10 mins looking at my x-rays and mouth and within the first 3 mins told me I need a crown and if I didn't get it within 6 months, I would like have to have gum surgery. This location has some incompetent services. Some of the staff are unprofessional. I will notify my insurance about the lack of services I received to make sure my insurance claim is correct.
This is the worst dentist office ever they never answer the phone 2 of my appointments were canceled and how do they even think I’m supposed to reschedule if they never answer the phone!!! They SUCK it’s sad and pathetic and your definitely going to spend your whole day there
I am disappointed with the Satellite Beach Office. I scheduled an emergency dental appointment twice now on a Saturday for my boyfriend because that’s the only time it works with his schedule and they yet again cancelled. Their excuse was that they don’t know if they will be open until the week prior? Like don’t advertise that you are open Saturday’s then. We have been patiently waiting for this appointment twice now just to get another uncaring phone call.
This location has canceled my dental appointment THREE times the day before for having "no hygienist" on the day of my appointment. I'm beyond frustrated. There is no warning so I'm taking time off work for no reason and/or paying for childcare. It's bull****! I'll be going elsewhere from here on out. Happened to me at Lake Stevens location too. I'm done. Terrible business and terrible customer service!
Don't bother making appointments. They always cancel. I am sick of having three appointments cancelled since November. And the next appointments are in September. That's beyond ridiculous!! 1 star, never going back again.
Tried to call the office over a bill and never get a response. Press i press 2 well I did and it went to voicemail. Went on line to get a response and still nothing. Went to the office to tell them that and the woman said guess that is not working well. What a way to run a business
