Horrid experience, I would not recommend this place at all. Paid for nitrous that did nothing and the extractions were done with no explanation of what they were doing or what to expect. They dropped me as a patient due to an involuntary flinch when one of the numbing shots hit a nerve. Stating I required sedation dentistry. Well insurance doesn't pay for that and if your nitrous wasn't faulty/not working and the numbing shots hadn't been so painful maybe the experience wouldnt have been so traumatic. I think whoever does scheduling needs a refresher course! I think waiting an hour and a half is uncalled for.People are usually in pain when they come to see you and sitting there and waiting is horrible! Never again!
RecommendedThey have good people and do quality procedures but also have very poor time management. Be prepared to wait well beyond your appointment time to be seen.

Wanda is the only great thing/person about this place. Otherwise the management is a continued disaster and seriously needs drastic improvement. I arrived for my pre-scheduled appointment today, on time - as usual, only to be told my appointment was canceled without notice AGAIN. This is at least the fourth time this has happened. I schedule appointments six months in advance, only to show up the day of and be advised it was canceled, they don't have a hygienist, etc.. All without notice every single time!!!! I have been there 3 times now to have them do some work. 2 time I have had to wait for more then a hour after my schedule appointment. My time is very important to me, but not to them apparently.
