Inexperienced. Cleaning was a joke. Get you in with a promotion then you either enroll in their dental plan or pay double.

I just got fired from my dentist for calling him and his team out on gaslighting me. I also brought up the fact that I was traumatized mentally and physically by him and his assistant's negligence while filling a cavity last time I was there. I would not recommend Bright Now as a whole company... Their patients had to wait 4 months for treatment because they had to hire a new orthodontist. I am not happy that my treatment has now been set back because of their own issues....
The more I check on this RCT obstruction I learn more that Bright now Dental. Deliberately overcharge $700.00 The root canal was so fast; There was no obstruction post or something. I have like four root canal and I have never experience such overcharge. RecommendedWent in for a crown and while the dentist was putting it on, hit the tooth next to it with the boar tool cause damage. That dentist left the practice now Bright now wants me to pay to get their mistake fixed because I have to use a different dentist. Stay clear of the place cause if they mess up, your screwed !

I actually went to this practice (if one could call it that) last spring. The entire experience was traumatizing, from waiting for over an hour to be seen to being rushed in and out of the exam room. The dentist said no more than 10 words to me. He looked at my teeth and began speaking in medical/dental jargon to his assistant and rushed out of the room. The Wesley Chapel office is the worst run office. Always a long wait. Today I waited an hour past my appt time no one ever checked on me or let me know of the delay (again!) I had to track down an assistant to see how much longer. I was passed over for another patient who was also complaining of the wait. The turn over at this location screams of poor management. My family will be changing out our dentist because of their horrible service. 0 stars do not recommend
