RecommendedDo procedures you never asked for and you find out when you check out and they make you pay. Never discuss procedures before doing them. Office staff tries to sell you unnecessary add ons and then tells you it is something else. This is the Satellite Beach office. On a positive note, the hygienist who has been there for 18 years was very nice. They did a 4 quadrant root scaling I never requested and charged me 485 dollars when I left. Over 45 minutes late, no apologies. Didn't know which procedure I was having-I had to correct them. Said I had no balance but send final notice bills to my house. Couldn't schedule me till oct.

The office is currently (and has been for a long time) understaffed.
If you can talk to a person, they're very helpful. But, if you leave a message on their voice mail, I have yet to have them return the call. Waiting for dentures to be adjusted almost a month (so far) with no updates and no communication is unacceptable.
This place is horrible! It’s small and smells. Now I remember why I stopped going to them in the first place. I was waiting for over an hour. They can’t keep up with there appointments and over book themselves. They don’t have enough staff. Five people left while I was there. Definitely won’t ever be going back there again. They should close this place!! Very disappointing. I will be going back to Hudac Dental!
Don't come to this dentist office. unless you want to pay for canceled appointments. I made an appointment with them less than two weeks ago, because they accepted my insurance. Today, the day before my appointment, it's been canceled and they no longer accept my insurance. Thats misrepresentation, fraud, abandonment, an insurance coverage dispute and a financial disagreement. I called my insurance and filed a complaint with my patient advocate. The office changes my appt with our telling me it is changed. Does not tell anyone the dentist is leaving and I needed a crown. Very poor communication. Not happy with there service
Went there for cleaning and check up. Had X-rays taken but when got in to see dentist, they couldn’t find them So had my checkup, dentist said looks good but will see what X-rays said. So had X-rays taken again and girl said I could leave. No idea what X-rays looked like. I guess just hope they were ok. Won’t go back
