RecommendedWent in for a crown and while the dentist was putting it on, hit the tooth next to it with the boar tool cause damage. That dentist left the practice now Bright now wants me to pay to get their mistake fixed because I have to use a different dentist. Stay clear of the place cause if they mess up, your screwed !

I actually went to this practice (if one could call it that) last spring. The entire experience was traumatizing, from waiting for over an hour to be seen to being rushed in and out of the exam room. The Wesley Chapel office is the worst run office. Always a long wait. Today I waited an hour past my appt time no one ever checked on me or let me know of the delay (again!) I had to track down an assistant to see how much longer. I was passed over for another patient who was also complaining of the wait. The turn over at this location screams of poor management. My family will be changing out our dentist because of their horrible service. 0 stars do not recommend
Had emergency appt today 0900. At 1020 still waiting. Not upfront about running behind, ignored after checkin, and nothing about how long it might take. Wouldn’t work with me on re-scheduling.

Bright Now Dental in Spring Hill is where I went for dentures because it was the only place my insurance would cover Started the process in 2021 and still don’t have dentures that fit. Out of pocket after insurance I’ve paid almost 6000.00. This is ridiculous. They’re still sending me bills. I will never go back.
