My son who has special needs has been waiting for almost a year to have surgery. It was rescheduled twice, this last time was for January. I was told I would get a call back with a pre surgery Drs appointment. when no one called I called up there to ask about it and was told the dr was no longer at that location and the surgery was cancelled. You will keep getting bills even after your stop going to them, they have no explanation and blame it always on the insurance company!! Don’t trust their bills !!!!!!! Also once they know your phone number , they will ignore your calls. And I’ve tried that using my work phone number and they did pick up the phone!! This "Dental" office is a business, not a health care clinic. They are more interested in "selling" you more procedures than necessary and cleaning out your wallet.

Good Dr.'s... but the rude and nasty Karen at the window makes for a bad experience... I'm litterally right here, right now thinking never again.

drove 35 minutes and waited three hours in the waiting room for the doctor to be rude and spend 15 minutes. definitely will not be returning

worst dentist I've ever been to. very rude. they messed up on my crown and made it too big. doesn't fit correctly and now they want me to pay more money to get it redone

RecommendedThey consistently run behind schedule. I get to my appoinments on time and have had to wait 30 minutes to an hour for them to see me. What is the purpose of an appointment time? Please get your scheduling together- and at minimum, apologize for making me wait.
I have been going here for several years. It was close to my house at the time. First of all, their prices are OUTRAGEOUS! I just had a scaling cleaning. Over $700 dollars. I was there for 1/2 hour Really? I don't have another alternative, however, after my last visit, I am rethinking things. I truly feel they are in it solely for the money. They are always trying to upsell their services. If you are a newbie looking for dental work, I would highly not recommend this business!
