this business tries to defraud its patients by deliberately applying incorrect insurance coverage information and inflating bills past the point of absurdity. I noticed that many of the other patients at this office were either elderly or somehow disabled. if they tried to rip me off this badly, what are they getting away with when it comes to at risk individuals? 0/5 stars avoid at all costs
BEWARE: Fountain valley unnecessary procedures, overcharging for cleanings, we have full coverage and they gouged $490 out of my son. Perfect teeth no cavities. They are unethically charging for deep cleanings and using deep pockets as a false alarm scare tactic. On a 26 year old with no cavities numbed his entire mouth for a cleaning and charged him $490 for a service our insurance pays 100%. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE NOT HONEST!!!

WORST DENTAL OFFICE EVER !!! PATIENTS BEWARE !!! This dental office is SCAMMY!!! HORRIBLE!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! i will NEVER go there again. NEVER. DON'T fall for their TRAP!!!! First, they keep cancelling my appointments the last min 3 out of 5 times. One time I got there to do the crowning. Son has cavities. Waiting 4 weeks for an appointment. They had to cancel due to the doctor breaking his finger which I understand. Waited another 2 weeks for his appointment to now be told they won't even work on him. So he's been in pai for 6 weeks. Thanks for nothing !!!! Go somewhere else !!!

Normally I don't leave reviews, but I am beyond upset at having made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and shown up to be REFUSED service because my insurance didn't cover extras.
With few exceptions, if a company begs me for my opinion of them, the review will be negative. You may guess at my actual opinion.
Inexperienced. Cleaning was a joke. Get you in with a promotion then you either enroll in their dental plan or pay double.

I just got fired from my dentist for calling him and his team out on gaslighting me. I also brought up the fact that I was traumatized mentally and physically by him and his assistant's negligence while filling a cavity last time I was there. If anyone wants to know...The dental assistants mother is such a clean freak that she actually cleans her cleaning supplies after she cleans. I would not recommend Bright Now as a whole company... Their patients had to wait 4 months for treatment because they had to hire a new orthodontist. I am not happy that my treatment has now been set back because of their own issues....
