Bright Now Dental in Spring Hill is where I went for dentures because it was the only place my insurance would cover Started the process in 2021 and still don’t have dentures that fit. Out of pocket after insurance I’ve paid almost 6000.00. This is ridiculous. They’re still sending me bills. I will never go back.

Terrible customer service. Front staff have abhorrent communication with hygienists and do not fill out charts properly so when you go in for your scheduled appointment, the hygienists don't know what you're there for. My daughter had a cavity that needed to be filled on the right side of her mouth, the doctor filled a tooth on her left side. Their screw up yet they would not fill the correct tooth that day. Be professional. Don't lie to get money from people. Know what you are doing. Don't keep people in your office for almost 2 hours to do next to nothing.
