I went in for a cleaning, they took x-rays and then said I had 7 cavities that needed fillings and I’d have to make a different appointment to get them filled before I could do my 6 month cleaning. They also said I had awful gingivitis and needed prescription mouthwashes and other treatments not covered by insurance. if you enjoy sitting in the dental chair for 1.5 hours before your seen. then you'll love Bright now. 1 dentist but they book 5+ people. I've been sitting on that dental chair for over a hour.
1. when a patient is in such pain they come to the office for a simple five minute adjustment but are forced to accept an addictive narcotic that is unethical. more effort went into getting authorization to write a script for the DRUG, then making the adjustment 2. My time has value. My appointment was scheduled for X:XX. Not stating my time. Just saying they calked me back more than an hour late. A lot more than an hour late! What are the odds if i were 15 or 20 min late for an appointment that they’d see me? Well, they were MUCH, MUCH, MUCH later than 15 or 20 minutes. No problems or complaints with the dentist and assistant, but they have a serious timing problem.

My son asked me to call to schedule a cleaning for him. I asked the basic price range so he would have an idea what to expect. These people dont even know their own prices. They don’t provide any information over the phone. You literally have to come into their facility and pay for an exam just to get BASIC GENERAL information about the price RANGE of a cleaning? Smh God bless them. Ill never deal with a practice who inconveniences potential customers from the gate but Good luck!!
