Omg what a BS company! LIES!! This company is a bunch of liars that want more money.!!! FIND ANOTHER DENTIST AND ORTHODONTIST!!!!! The office manager Veronica has the audacity to tell me my son has been "non compliant" when my 16 year old literally has done what the dr has asked him to do. It's the ortho office that can't get their business straight. I have attached the lies from Bright now dental and my response and the ortho notes that show my son didn't bring his last aligners. LIES!!!!
Worst place ever, dirty, dental assistants very unprofessional talking junk to her coworker in front of the patient, office is charging me an extra $700 for unexplained reasons even when I paid my balance in full on the first day, I have been calling them to fix it, it's been 3 months and nobody has called me back yet and balance is now 90 days overdue, what a waste of time...
Just the worst dental office I have ever been to. Scheduling is a nightmare including cancelling an appointment costing us a days work and quite a bit of driving. Patient treatment is also sub par. Aggressive methods with children. I am honestly just blown away at how incompetent a professional office can be.

there is no hygienist on staff currently. she quit 2 weeks ago. my 9am appointment just got cancelled at 6pm the night before. total bullshit. out $50 on a babysitter, didn't leave for spring break because I scheduled this appointment 10 months ago and now I'm "rescheduled" for August.

This place is horrible! My mother was a patient there approx 2 weeks ago. She went in for a tooth extraction. Her appointment was at 1pm and she did not leave the office till after 5 pm. She saw the dentist for approx 16 min and the rest waiting. They told her that is would be $600 as well as she needed a bone graft. She DID NOT need a bone graft and it should have been a simple extraction. She left the office with NO script for a surgeon, NO pain medication for her infection and NO antibiotics. The worst!!! Choose a different dentist and ortho! I paid upfront for ortho for my kids but I wish I hadn't! The absolute worst! When they say patient, they mean they over booked the ortho and dentist so an 8 am appt means 8-11 am. Omg. I should have brought my laptop so I could work while I waited! The worst AGAIN!!!! Again!
