I have had an unpleasant customer service experience at this location and wouldn’t visit again. They are very rude and charge outrageous even after talking to the insurance they gave me incorrect amount. That way later after a year I had to pay the entire amount out of pocket and nothing was covered. They should have told me before hand so I did not get the treatment from them. I wouldn’t recommend at all. Please don’t waste your money with bad customer service, use inappropriate language too with customer.
I would not recommend this place. Reading reviews now seems to be the same issues. We had an appointment in December that they canceled on us. It was rescheduled for January. While driving to the appointment (45 minutes) they canceled that day on us and said they would call to reschedule again. No one ever called us back so I called after 4 days to schedule. I had a crown in 2017 paid a lot of money and my crown just fell out and they aren’t helping at all. I unfortunately moved from wa and they have the same company here in Fl and they are saying because is another state and another doctor can’t help me . Not even giving me credit to get my crown fixed . Obviously they did a horrible job ! Not recommend this place at all
Scam - I have never been to the dentist where they tried to "require" special cleaning for $700 above what insurance covers. Found a new dentist and like every other visit, the cleaning was covered and no "required" upsell to get a cleaning done. I saw this in some reviews but figured it was a disgruntled customer....but I should have listened!
This place never answers calls and never calls back when asked to leave a voice-mail. I've been trying to call for three weeks now, different times throughout the day and every day of the week, yet not once have they answered the phone or called back after I leave a voice mail to give me a call regarding my son that goes there. horrible place. waited 45 minutes to even be called. then they didn't even know how to take a x-ray on my child. definitely do not recommend going here. they have no clue what they are doing here!!!
Only have one dentist in the building waited over a hour past my appointment time to be seen employees are on edge they need to get they act together
