After having 2 extractions to receive my new partials, I had a appointment for my impressions. Even confirmed my appointment the day before. So I arrive for my appointment to be told unless I was paying out of pocket I could not get my partials?? They told me they would not be accepting my insurance as of October 1st!!! Mind you this was Sept. 15th. I ask why wasn’t I told before all the procedures? Why wasn’t I called to not bother driving to the appointment? They did not have an answer!!!
