RecommendedThe staff is wonderful, very patient & they tell you exactly what they are doing. I’ve been with Bright Now Dental over 25 yrs in their other office. The Medina office is convenient. They make my appointment so easy.

The SURPRISE office has bogus charges since COVID- They are charging $10 for PPE. Personal protection equipment, their office charges enough money without adding more charges. They check to see if your insurance covers it and don’t tell you about this charge unless your insurance DOES NOT cover it! Terrible office policy!!! They have changed dentists, hygienists every 6 months! For some reason they can’t keep anyone, except for an office manager and a receptionist. the office i. pinellas park is scandalous. they showed me a paper that said before insurance she said and after insurance and had me sign it. i had a bill before but it was taken care of by the office later. when i checked out i told the person at front desk i would talk to my insuance company about extra charge. she went on to tell me that it was for floride. nothing was ever said about floride. it was optional but i was never asked. as im talking to her the other lady is on the phone with someone with same complaint.... read more

RecommendedExcellent care at this bright now dental center. Dr Duque is excellent caring man who makes sure his patients feel no pain during treatment. The dental assistant also was excellent understanding dental fear. Highly recommend this center.

Don’t expect quick prompt service. After the lady taking notes for the dentist needed help inputting them into the system an hour and 15 minutes into my appointment they told me I needed to schedule a cleaning 2 weeks from today. Then I would need to schedule an appointment if anything else needed done.
