The dentists and dental staff are great but the office staff ruins everything by being sub par. They are unkind and very inconsiderate individuals to have to deal with while making an appointment or if you have issues. It makes it not worth the trouble.

I want to start out saying that I never give reviews. But Not only did they make me sit hours in between drilling and filling, when I said I wasn’t numb anymore I was told I was fine. A year later every filling was cracked and falling out. My new dentist couldn’t believe the mess they made my mouth. I had to get all 8 fillings refilled. Finally no more toothaches. I went in for a check up and cleaning, and they refused because they wanted to schedule a more expensive treatment. I declined and asked for a regular cleaning, and they refused treatment, insisting I come back for a more expensive cleaning service. They are a money making business out to rip you off.

The absolute worst experience. From rude desk person who reeked of smoke, to an hour long wait after being told I was late (contradictory to my confirmation text message), filthy rooms full of outdated and broken equipment and duffle bags with personal clothes pouring out. The endodontist finally showed up and told me he would treat me but I’d have to wait an hour because another patient was first. feel like I've been done in Justified I had a root canal done in the past and they're telling me they won't do my root canal over because I have new insurance and it won't cover it I was told by the dentist anytime I had an issue he would redo my root canal my primary dentist told me I have no other problems with my teeth and this dentist is telling me I do so now I have to get a third opinion and figure out who's telling the truth

Too many patients at once, the girl that took me to my room I guess forgot to get me new X-rays, I was sitting alone for at least half hour before dr came in and started talking about my teeth except she was looking at old X-rays from 2015, when I said that nobody took new X-rays they finally took me back for X-rays, I was there 2 hours total and nothing was done for my chipped tooth, I left the office with a bill (plan) for future work for over $6,000 I was so disappointed, will not be back!

Had a crown from them that lasted only 3 years. Went into for back molar pain in May and was told I was fine and it was just stress. The dentist and tech were rushed and told me I was the last patient of the day. They seemed eager to get out of my apt and minimized my concerns. Turns out my crown was cracked and it fell out in August. When I asked why my xrays in May didn’t show anything - they said they didn’t X-ray that tooth?? I have visited two locations. One in Corona Ca and the second in Eastvale Ca. In both cases, I experienced total disrespect for the patient. Most recently, at Eastvale, I was given X-rays, the woman doing the X-rays was very nice and professional. I was then taken to another location to see the doctor. The doctor was very cold and dismissive. She was not happy with the C-rays and had the technician retake some.
