Very rude doctor at the corona location. I asked normal questions about my child's teeth and she was upset and rude. I will not be going back here again.

The staff was nice. The facility is very outdated. The floors did not look clean. The walls were dingy with yellow tint. I know the pandemic has been tough on businesses. This seems like years of poor corporate management allowing things to be so outdated.

Too much people at once. I didn’t see much cleaning after each group leaves the waiting area. I’m very unsure if they were cleaning each station every time it’s used. One of the three front personnel was friendly but the other two was not very friendly. Seeing a sign stating that they’ll b charging extra $10 because of this supposedly cleaning n disinfecting process. Seems more like finding more ways to charge people. Debating if I want to continue to come here.

Why are you charging an extra $10 for Covid cleaning when you are not even using a professional cleaning service. I just saw a woman with her three young children carrying a mop/bucket and 2 spray bottles from the back of their car to clean your office. How much are you profiting off of your patients from Covid seeing as insurance doesn’t cover the Covid cleaning fees and you have so many people daily. What a great money scheme! The dentists and dental staff are great but the office staff ruins everything by being sub par. They are unkind and very inconsiderate individuals to have to deal with while making an appointment or if you have issues. It makes it not worth the trouble.

I want to start out saying that I never give reviews. But Not only did they make me sit hours in between drilling and filling, when I said I wasn’t numb anymore I was told I was fine. A year later every filling was cracked and falling out. My new dentist couldn’t believe the mess they made my mouth. I had to get all 8 fillings refilled. Finally no more toothaches. I went in for a check up and cleaning, and they refused because they wanted to schedule a more expensive treatment. I declined and asked for a regular cleaning, and they refused treatment, insisting I come back for a more expensive cleaning service. They are a money making business out to rip you off.

The absolute worst experience. From rude desk person who reeked of smoke, to an hour long wait after being told I was late (contradictory to my confirmation text message), filthy rooms full of outdated and broken equipment and duffle bags with personal clothes pouring out.
