I had very bad experience with the manager at alameda dental location. She is not very courteous, inconsiderate with the need of the patient and family member shes only after with the payment and not very good manager in explaining what you are paying for. The dentist and the other staff are very good and very pleasant. Its very disappointing knowing the clinic has a excellent dentist and staff but having a rude and unpleasant manager working with them. That manager should be ashamed to herself.
The room wasnt clean, I could easily tell of wasnt prepared right. And the dentist is always in a hurry does not take his time with the procedures. Compared to other spots I give this place a 2 out of 5, just TBH.

Hello, the secretary from there is really rude. She’s called Denise.. I went to visit the regular dentist, and then I spoke to a lady about getting braces She wasn’t around when I first started the contract they acted fairly nice and after they started acted rude towards me. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The dentist and staff were really nice but it took forever for us to be seen. Our appointment was at 10 am, I had to wait an hour to be seen and didn’t get to finish with everything till almost 1 pm. One of the staff that took my x -ray was probably new and almost broke 3 of my front tooth (I guess she was really nervous as she mentioned I was her first patient of the day) but apologized for the incident. I’ve heard so much bad things about bright now and of course should have stayed away.

Mask harassers big time. They asked me to fill out paperwork and the mask I brought kept falling off and Priscilla “threatened to reschedule me” because of this. Even after I explained I didn’t expect to wear a mask so I didn’t bring one that worked with my glasses
They always find a way to charge you something, always trying to upsell, it's horrible! This last time they wanted to charge a $10 fee because of coronavirus, but I was not informed in advance that this fee was going to happen. They should had informed me through a call or text that the fee applies now because they need help with extra material. The administrative staff at this clinic is the worst I've ever experienced. They aren't caring or helpful; and they LIE to their patients about medical treatment which they likely no nothing about. Refusing to provide a patient with care, or another round of antibiotics when they have an extreme abscess, which may create a deadly blood infection is worthy of Medical Malpractice.
