They shouldn't make children cry. No wonder their rating is one star out of five!!!
Terrible place, I stopped going there years ago after the caused an infection in my mouth that landed me in the hospital,but I never had issues on the pediatric side until today. They literally made my daughter scream when they went to clean her mouth, which caused her to start to choke, and they still wouldn't get their hands out of her mouth. Then because I wanted to make she was ok they acted like I was in the wrong..because I said obviously there was something wrong..it not like it was her first time at the dentist.I mad... read more
I walked in to the office and immediately overheard someone's first and last name, social security number, and telephone number. I said something to the receptionist about it and her only response was "It's not my social security number!". Too bad i already gave them my info or i definitely would have run STRAIGHT OUT OF THE DOOR. There's ten people in the office waiting that over heard this. So unacceptable in my opinion.
Awful! I've had to wait in the waiting room for close to 2 hours to be seen!! They schedule too many people at once!! This has happened to me more than once!! I have since left this dentist! They told me my child had 7 cavities and my new dentist told me they are not cavities! Same with my other child was told she had 9 cavities and she had 2!! Would not recommend Bright Now Dental to anyone!!
Horrible waits! I waited two hours and hadn't even seen a dentist yet! Horrible service! They moved me from room to room because equipment was broken, kept giving me different prices on one specific service, don't trust what they're telling you. Horrible staff, the front desk staff is overworked and probably underpaid, I truly feel for them!

I have a broken tooth went in and was told I would have to be awake to pull the tooth and I know my insurance will cover me to be asleep and not only that nothing was done and I'm in pain then the lady comes to me telling me that I would have to pay $8,000 out of pocket are you freaking kidding me my mouth is hurting no antibiotic or pain meds I will never go back there just sad I have 5 kids working 2 jobs I have a daughter with kidney failure and my 7 year old has a seizure disorder my teeth will just have to rot!!!!
