They lied to me or someone mis-read thier patient instructions. They said I needed a deep cleaning and when I came back for it; they never did it. They just re-cleaned my teeth a second time; NOT A DEEP CLEANING.Took one year to find out they never did what they said they did. I had to have the Parma Hts Office do the work THEY DIDN'T DO and it ended up costing me A LOT more than originally quoted. I feel like they put my oral health care in jeopardy instead of taking care of it as I trusted them to do
Been coming here for over 20 years and I have been very un-happy the last several years. If it was not for Dr.Rico and a few other very nice employees that have known me since I was a kid I would of quit coming here. If you decide to get braces here get a second opinion somewhere else first. Horrible...waited 1 hour in the room before Dr. Chen came in....took all x-rays never had a cavity in my life but once he found out my insurance company he wanted to fill all my teeth due to lack of "enamel "lol....what a scam....still no cavities!! Thanks but no thanks!!
I originally started going to Bright Now because they were close to my house then they moved over to Shaw. Then I was told I could keep my hygienist because I really liked her. She helped me get over my extreme anxiety. Then on my first visit to the Shaw office I was told they moved her to another office so now I have a different hygienist. He's ok but nothing great. Yesterday I sat in the chair for 45 minutes before he came in. They are always very pleasant though.

What, you haven't been called back yet? The doctor went and left for the day. Apparently he didn't see my chart!!! What kind of CRAP is that? I had to leave work early for that appointment. NEVER NEVER GO THERE! !

The wait time it's ridiculous. Even with an appointment I've been waiting here for over an hour. lol
Went in because of pain in 2 of my teeth. Xray showed i had some infection in one tooth and decay in the other. Was given a script for antibiotics. I ask for something for pain but Dr. Duffy said to just take ibprophen or tylenol, which does not help when teeth pain gets bad. Two days later i'm still suffering with pain so I called the Dentist to ask for something for pain and was turned down again. I don't know what's going on with Dr. Duffy and not helping a patient but I feel he did not do right by me.
