They advertise that they are priced to make you smile... when in fact they are priced to make you broke. Told me I was due for a cleaning, then tried to charge me $100 bc it was periodontal maintenance not a cleaning. Then wanted me to come back in 4 months to do it again. Mind you bc of neck cancer, I have a complete upper and partial lower.... THEY WANTED $100 FOR SIX TEETH. They were also extremely over priced for my dentures. The only thing going for them is Dr Wilson and his hygienist Tiffany

I didn't like it since i had an appointment at 8am and the hygienist was two hours late and i was not notified till i got the appointment � I am going to give then another try!!!!
Place is very unprofessional. I called a whole week before my appointment to make sure I was okay to get my teeth cleaned and everything was as scheduled. I get here after making a four hour drive from school. To be told on the DAY of my appointment that I can’t get my teeth cleaned. Why didn’t anyway tell me when I called last week? Why did I have to get here to be told I couldn’t get my teeth cleaned? Just know I won’t be back and to anyone else reading this save your time and go elsewhere!!!
Bright Now in Burbank is overcharging and ripping people off. My wife went in for a checkup and was told she needed additional work done (we expected this was the case) the out of pocket price they gave us shocked us both and didn't seem right based on what I knew of my insurance coverage. After consulting with our insurance, others who have had similar work done, and finally other dentists we found out they are charging nearly 4 times the price for similar work done else where.
