I have a broken tooth went in and was told I would have to be awake to pull the tooth and I know my insurance will cover me to be asleep and not only that nothing was done and I'm in pain then the lady comes to me telling me that I would have to pay $8,000 out of pocket are you freaking kidding me my mouth is hurting no antibiotic or pain meds I will never go back there just sad I have 5 kids working 2 jobs I have a daughter with kidney failure and my 7 year old has a seizure disorder my teeth will just have to rot!!!!

This place is so disrespectful and full of shit I can't even believe it. So now it's time for shit to come out and for the Stockton office on Pacific to be exposed cause they got me all the way fucked up if they think they gonna do my daughters the way they did. It was an 1 hour and 1/2 before the actual dentist ended up coming to clean my teeth. All reception staff was gone when I left so I couldn't schedule my next appointment. Dentist left a note for them to call next day and no one did. Maybe that's a hint I should look for another place. Facility was very dirty also.

Such a horrible place. I wouldn't recommend. After I paid everything I'm still getting bills from them. Not too mention they lost my son's crown twice.
