Well, I'm currently sitting in their empty waiting room 40 minutes after the scheduled appointment time...so...not especially impressed.

This place can't keep up with appointments over booking and understaffed as far as dentist..... The new dentist there now some Indian dude goes back and forth from patient to patient doesn't wash his hands and just changes his gloves (disgusting!). He didn't numb the areas enough also real rough with no compassion.... afterwards I wanted to beat his ass!!!! I recommend you stay away from this place!!!!!!!!!!!
These people did a root canal on me and then refused to put even a temporary cap in. Had to call my insurance to convince them to pay for a cap they said they will and then these people refused me now thanks to them I'm 10 times more likely to lose my tooth. Im NEVER GOING BACK
This office is very crowded they over book and are rude to patients. Wait time is well over an hour. I had to file a complaint to corporate for the way I was treated. I do not recommend this office.
Tried scheduling an appointment on Thursday July 27 but was told I had to call my insurance provider first to authorize Bright Now as my dentist. When I called back on Monday, informing BN that my insurance had no clue what they were referring to, BN said I must have gotten wrong information. If I could give this dentist a negative star I would. This dentist has cost my family thousands of out of pocket dollars. My daughter went here to get a few fillings over the course of a couple months about 8 months ago. The cavities that she had filled by this dentist were small surface cavities. The office even stated that after they messed up her appointment and we had to reschedule them, that they were "baby" cavities and that it would not be a problem to put off filling them for a couple weeks. Had an appointment. Was told the Dentist called off. I Asked if another Dr can write a prescription. She said they had no one. ?? So you only have 1 dr here? She said we have no one. Go to the ER!! But you have 2 more patients walking in? Feeling, LIED TOOO. only 1 Dentist and the Dr calls off.
