My deposits are not showing up promptly, the deposit was put into someone else’s account
Not up to date with the technology
The deposit most do not go through
Can’t even see my accounts balance for over a month now
i think it’s a 50/50 of the app and company, trying to remain hopeful for them but as a client it’s like this is supposed to be easy for us yk
I can’t believe we are in 2022 and BrightStar still doesn’t have Zelle
App is very difficult to use when trying to deposit a check. I usually have to take and submit the pictures multiple times.
Trying to log in your account is a mission if you forget. I understand security but if you need to restart it. You have to call cx service which is long hold. Than they ask all 1000x question than they reset it. Lord time is money.
