It was definitely a mediocre experience. My vegetarian burger was just a giant burnt falafel. Our French fries were cold when they brought them out. The regular burger we got was good and it was cooked to our liking. But $75 for two burgers fries and shake is outrageous. Service was definitely lacking as well. For the amount of money we paid I was expecting a little better…

although the quality of the food was acceptable, quality of the service and the outlandish prices made this an unfortunate choice for us. Mid 20's price for a turkey club and $13 for an order of fries just doesn't cut it (even for NYC). $30 dollars for a pastrami sandwich that was fatty and not even deli style? Go somewhere else!
The food was great but very very over priced, didn’t think the food quality was worth that much. Not your average diner food prices.
The food was disappointing. I ordered a Reuben sandwich that was supposed to be grilled and was toasted and soggy. French fries were cold. The cheesecake was OK. The restaurant is a tourist trap. I won’t be back.
The food is pretty basic, the juice is fine. The place is nice and feels very New York Great location but service and food is just ok. Nothing to rave about or go back to.
Chicken ‘noodle’ soup came with almost NO noodles. Coffee was served with no sugar. Kitchen was slow. The ‘trainee’ waiter was more attentive, but not by much. We were not really checked on to see if we liked our food. Busspeople more attentive, frankly. An unremarkable experience considering the prices and this is supposed to be a ‘finer’ diner. The Apple Pie was solid. We will not be returning.
Horrible service food was poor as waited longer for food and table
We were hungry however two items we wanted were not available. Chicken pot pie Chocolate Chip cookies
Food was average for the price. Great location and service
