Outstanding breakfast!
Friendly, courteous service from a staff that's eager to please. The best is that although our food was served quickly, we didn't feel rushed at all.
What a true diner experience! The food was really good and the service was fast and helpful.
Second visit, first was at other location in Times Square for breakfast. This was for dinner and it was even better. The menu is not super extensive, but the dishes are interesting. I had a Mediterranean plate and added grilled shrimp. My colleague had the chicken pot pie which was huge and he really enjoyed it. The server was very attentive and gave good input on the dishes.
Just wanted a classic NY deli sandwich with turkey. Got two slices of fresh turkey on not-NY rye for $23...not what I had hoped for.
Outstanding chicken soup. Great desserts AND freshly squeezed orange juice!!
This time we had hamburgers and while my husband asked for medium rare, the meat was not juicy and could have been more pink.
Business response:
We aim for precision with our temperature pulls, and it sounds like we missed the mark on your husband's medium-rare request this time. Your feedback has been shared with our kitchen team to ensure our burgers stay juicy and cooked exactly to order for your next visit. The food quality was very, very disappointing. Was not appetizing at all. It’s been a while since I’ve been there sadly I won’t be returning.
Business response:
We’re very sorry to hear that your experience was disappointing. That’s not the standard we strive for, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback. Stephanie Holmes - Director of Guest Services, The Fireman Hospitality Group
My dinner companion found a piece of glass in the pot pie he ordered. Glass, yes. The host comped him his meal. But glass is dangerous. It did not speak well for the restaurant.
Business response:
We take this matter extremely seriously. While we’re glad the meal was comped, we understand that this does not lessen the concern. Please know we are reviewing our preparation and safety procedures to ensure this does not happen again. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
