We arrived on time and were seated quickly by a friendly host. However they squeezed the five of us I to one very tiny booth which was very uncomfortable. They provided a chair to sit at end of the booth which was in the middle of the walking path and was very awkward for my 16 year old daughter to sit at. Menu is getting smaller and smaller. Filled with milkshakes and they’ve got rid of made them great. Won’t be coming back.
Was seated, wasn’t given a menu, asked for a menu after 10 minutes, after another 20 minutes no one took our order after asking twice to place our order. No one came, we left, so didn’t try food.
Server spilled coffee on me, forgot our side of eggs and ham and was very slow
I ORDERED MY BURGER "REALLY" RARE - MY GUEST ORDERED MEDIUM RARE. HIS WAS RARER THAN MINE - WHICH WAS CLOSE TO WELL. WE KNOW MINE WAS MINE - BECAUSE IT WAS THE ONE WITH THE BACON. CHEF JUST DIDN'T LISTEN TO WAITRESS. FRIES WERE NOT CRISP - LOOKED "USED"
We had a great server - steady, patient and pleasant. The food was atrocious: I had the veggie burger supposedly with cheddar and cilantro aioli on a brioche bun with fries. The burger in bun was a mess- the burger itself was too thick which made it mealy not crisp and the fancy aioli was simply Mayo slathered on. Food was over cooked and lukewarm. Forgot the bacon.
Reserved for 5, staff was only able to sit 4… Rude and confrontational waiter. Tipped him regardless but when the receipt machine prompted the thumbs up or down question. I pressed thumbs down. Waiter then became confrontational, raised his voice and tried to intimidate us. Felt very uncomfortable. Definitely do not recommend
The service was terrible and the food let’s say I’ve had better.
