Even for NYC , prices are tourist high. Ordered a bowl of split pea soup with frankfurter chunks. Price 10.50. When it came I got excited, a huge bowl! But when they placed it down it was barely half full. Pleeeaaase! An egg cream $7.50 with so little chocolate in it had to send it back for more which made all the difference. The hummus starter was good though with fresh carrot strips and peppers along with pita.
Good food however rather expensive ? Good ambience and service.
Everything was exceptional!! We will visit again!!!
Very limited menu for a diner, and the prices were a bit high. Good, prompt service. The chicken soup was delicious. Very small table. A bit noisy. Convenient location.
Fantastic Benedict choices and very close to attractions. A great spot for Brunch/Breakfast!
We were at the Brooklyn Diner with guests from out of town. This was not the first time that we paired supper at the Brooklyn Diner and Carnegie Hall. It is a perfect New York experience!
I always find the service here to be as kind and as delightful as any breakfast place in the City.
The menu that was posted on April open table, was not them and you we were presented. It was about a fifth of that. Not very many choices.
