My mother only had a short stay at Broomy Hill Nursing Home and during that stay she was well looked after and the staff were excellent. Above all, the manager and another member of staff, in particular, were the beating heart of this home. My mother has moved to another care home which is under the same management of this care home, so I'm confident that she will be looked after well. The other home is also run by Ashberry Care Homes. Well done.

My mum has been at Broomy over a couple of months at times very challenging and worring for Mum and staff but thanks for the exceptional trained caring staff Mam has built friendships and setting, thank you all Broomy makes my fears ease.

My mother in law has been at Broomy a couple of months now she has been on a rollercoaster her moods very up and down and very worring but the staff at Broomy have done amazing to care for her and make her so welcome.

We can't thank the staff enough at broomy hill nursing home for everything they have done for our auntie/sister over the past 4+ years. From the excellent care she received, to the staff who were consistently kind, attentive and would go above and beyond for her. It really was a "home from home."You always made us feel so welcomed and gave us peace of mind that she was with you at broomy hill. We are extremely grateful for you all. Again thank you from the bottom of our hearts, sister, niece and their families x

The staff at Broomy hill have been exceptional, friendly and very caring. My Gran has been very well looked after and she has settled in well. We enjoy visiting 2-3 times a week and the staff are chatty smiley and you can see that they care for all the residents. The manager is wonderful, she is full of energy and has a very caring nature. This is the perfect home for my wife and partner of over 60 years. The staff are very friendly and provide a truly relaxing environment. My wife has developed a close relationship with the staff and helps them in the kitchen and garden. She enjoys complete freedom within the home which is a much safer place than our own home. Thanks to all the staff.

My mother-in-law has been at Broomy Hill for approximately 2 years, her care has been great and our family has seen a much improved condition. Having come to Broomy from another "care" home, which allowed a broken hip and ungradable pressure sore to go untreated! My mother-in-law is a wonderful lady who is finally getting the care she deserves. The staff are very engaging and every aspect of her care, dignity, health, and wealth of experience is catered for. My Mother-In-Law has been living in Broomy Hill Nursing Home for nearly 2 years. She settled in very quickly and I am very happy with her care. When I visit I am always greeted by happy smiling staff and if I have any concerns I always feel able to chat with staff.

My experience of Broomy Hill Nursing Home is very positive. Staff try hard to stimulate and remain calm and cheerful in difficult circumstances, and are very accommodating to visitors.
