The Bleu Burger was very tasty and very messy. My hands were completely covered with an oily mixture by the time I was finished. The floors were unusually slippery - not with liquid, but because of the finish on the flooring material.

Our waitress made us seem unwelcome the entire time. We felt rushed and our food was cold and tasted old. We paid $45 for 2 sandwiches and 1 drink, without sides.

Burgers were expensive and not very good. Also the tables outside were dirty.

Went for burger week. We got the cranberry salad, onion rings, burgers and fries. Everything was good except the burger which were extremely greasy and bland. I think they forgot to season the meat at all.
I sat at the front for at least 5-10 min with no one asking if I needed help and then finally I had to ask a server, what do you think I'm standing here for
We arrived before the lunch crowd got real buay and were seated by the hostess but waited over 10 minutes for someone to come over and take our drink order. By this time, they were very busy and people were getting service before us. Food was just okay. Beer was fabulous.
Our waitress disappeared for at least 15 minutes. Our drinks took 10 minutes. Our salad came with no dressing.
I am a frequent Bru Burger customer. Yesterday seemed to be an anomaly, but it wasn’t a great visit. It took over 10 minutes to get someone to acknowledge the 6+ group line at the hostess stand. When sat at our high top bar table, the restaurant was very hot - my party sweat the entire meal. Our server was inattentive - she told us the restaurant was understaffed for the day.
