I often visit Bru Burger and expect good - but not great - service. And really good food, Today we ordered the same thing we always order. We had completely disinterested service. Over cooked fries, mushy onion rings. Ok burgers. The employees must be trained to never meet anyones eyes. Sat for 15 minutes waiting for a check, couldn’t get anyones attention. Very disappointing.

The burgers are good, but the restaurant was down right cold. The server started off doing alright, but then forgot my onion rings, not once but twice. I did get them and had to ask the server to remove them from my bill.

We had reservations at BRU Burger before attending a concert at the Aronoff. There was no heat in the restaurant. I sat on my hands to keep them warm. Most people were wearing their coats as they ate. I ordered my burger "medium". It was completely cooked through, definitely well done. We felt sorry for the servers. First, they shouldn't have had to work with no heat. Secondly, they seemed understaffed for the evening. The few servers that were there could barely keep up. Burgers were mediocre Onion rings were awful with more deep fried batter than onion Will not be going back
Had reservation for regular dining room, received text that table is ready and then was told they double booked and the table wasn’t available was offered covered and heated patio instead. Apparently just ran out of several red wines and the burgers we ordered weren’t cooked to order. Overall a disappointing experience .
The turkey burger was flavorless. I had been several times & this was my first experience with tasteless food.
They were out of a lot of items. It was pretty weird. The host was incredibly rude. Our server either was new or never trained. She was nice and was trying. I don’t fault her.
