one thing that would have made it better was not sitting by door to outside seating it was cold and windy when we were there and our table was right by door to outside seating so got a blast of cold air every time door was opened
Burgers were tasty, drinks were yummy. Waiter was attentive. No issues at all
The food was terrible. My burger was sitting in liquid and so soggy I tossed the bottom bun. The restaurant didn’t have enough servers to seat us for our reservation. There were tables available but no staff. The food was really the issue though, the only thing we ate were the pretzels and they were Luke warm. Wasted $50. Thumbs down
When we made the reservation through Open Table, we specifically asked not to be sat at a table by the door or the bathroom, as we were celebrating our anniversary and didn't want the distractions. We were put a a two-top DIRECTLY outside of the bathroom hallway - you couldn't get any closer to the restrooms. Which is distracting and also gross. The food was good, but the service was not. Very disappointed in this place. We arrived early and had reservations and was seated in the back room near the toilets. we asked to be moved to a high top table in the middle of the restaurant and was told the tables were for people with reservations. Well we had reservations and the female manager told us they wanted to keep these tables for four people. After a long discussion with the manager and she being rude and defiant about moving us she finally gave us a better table. This will never be a place for us to go back. N... read more
