Proudly occupying the space of the former Greyhound Depot, BRU Burger Bar Evansville is the fifth BRU location for Cunningham Restaurant Group. Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Cool atmosphere but it took forever to get drinks and the food was mediocre at best. Had a Bourbon n Bacon burger with some onion rings. Burger had no flavor. Horseradish Havarti cheese was tasteless. Onion rings have about 3x the amount of batter they need. Couldn't even taste the onion in it. I can honestly say that I will not be going back.
3 of us ordered 3 burgers 1 fries 1 order of onion rings and 3 sodas all for a large chunk of change $53.00. I thought the onion rings were the best burger was just average,fries were very greasy and service was very slow. Won't be back

Burger was good . Fries need some work .
Great ambiance for sure. Excellent service. Kevin did an above and beyond on service. But it's definitely a high priced burger joint. Burgers aren't bad and definitely adult sized but no matter how you dress them their still a burger. 4 Burgers, 2 onion rings, 1 French fry, 2 drinks, and one dessert = $70 The bbq burger was great.
Service was great, love the building and decor. It was loud in there, even though it was mid afternoon. Owner/manager is attentive to mistakes and took an item off our bill as well as giving a free dessert to the table nearest us. 3 cheese roasted garlic burger was spot on perfect. Garlic flavor was delicious, the bun nicely toasted flavorful. Meat was slightly overcooked for medium but still juicy. Table next to us had an overcooked burger as well. The order was all wrong. Didnt get any thing right. 37.00 and nothing right
Although the food was good, it just wasn't great. Everything I ate from the chicken bbq nachos, the peach margarita and the honey bbq back burger was good. And I said this about each item, "I liked it, but it seems like they are holding back on adding more flavor." So, it was just good.. Not very good or great just good. I just wanted to be floored by the taste of the food. and it was almost there.. I am will eventually go back after the newness has worn off and see if they are adding more flavor to their menu.
